Payments and Refund

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we take great care in processing and shipping your order, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit through the postal system.

Customs & Duty
International shipments may be subject to local taxes or import duties once they reach the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amounts. The Flow Jewelry cannot cover these additional costs or accept returns due to customs-related charges. Customs policies differ widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Order Cancellations or Changes
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it due to courier limitations. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it via our contact form.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to The Flow Jewelry right away. We will guide you through the return process and assess whether the item can be repaired or replaced.

Exchanges and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges for undamaged items, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any associated risks.

For exchanges or refunds, items must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope for protection. Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect items, with regular mail postage refunded in these cases. Return shipping costs for other reasons are the customer's responsibility.

Lost Parcels & Delivery Issues
The Flow Jewelry is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If we receive incomplete or inaccurate shipping information, the costs to retrieve or resend the package will be borne by the customer. In cases of lost packages, we will work with the courier to recover or file claims for your order, but any additional costs incurred will also be the customer’s responsibility.

Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly if there are issues with their order. Filing a chargeback or bank dispute before attempting resolution with The Flow Jewelry may prolong the process. Any costs resulting from chargebacks or disputes will be the responsibility of the customer.
